Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- The buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of 70% of the price of the Goods within 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties, but subject to the provision of security for the return of the advance. (Appendix 8)
- 30% of the cost of the delivered equipment shall be paid by the Buyer within 45 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming the proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration.) (except for Suppliers SME)*
– 30% of the cost of the delivered equipment is paid by the Buyer within 7 working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration.) - The Buyer pays 100% of the cost of commissioning and instruction within 10 working days from the date of signing the Act of completed works and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations under commissioning (invoice subject to compliance with the requirements for its design).
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violation, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods, the Goods are accepted for safekeeping by the Buyer until the violations are eliminated.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
