| Payment terms: | . 100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse (when concluding an agreement with small and medium–sized businesses - within 30 calendar days), acceptance of the Goods in full, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD and provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in relation to the entire Product. |
