| Payment terms: | The rent under the Contract is paid by the lessee before the 15th day of the month following the reporting month, by transferring funds to the lessor's settlement account, based on the original invoice issued by the lessor, after the lessor provides the original invoice (if applicable) and the parties sign the original act of services rendered, or the original universal transfer document (hereinafter - UPD) provided for by the letter of the Federal Tax Service dated October 21, 2013 N MMV-20-3/96@ or a document replacing (modifying, supplementing, clarifying) the specified letter, issued in accordance with the recommendations of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation or other competent authority. |
