| Payment terms: | 1. The rent shall be paid by the Tenant on a monthly basis until the 15th day of the month following the reporting month by transferring funds by payment order to the Lessor's settlement account;
2. The obligation to pay rent arises from the Lessee from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of Property and ceases from the date of return by the Lessee of the Property executed by the relevant act of acceptance and transfer. The calculation of the rent is based on the number of actual days of use of the Property;
3. The Lessee shall be deemed to have fulfilled the obligation to pay the rent from the moment the Lessee transfers funds by payment order to the Lessor's settlement account;
4. The cost should include: payment for the use of property, operational and administrative expenses (maintenance of the APS of the building, deratization, disinsection, energy resources (hot water supply, electricity, cold water supply, drainage) maintenance of the territory (snow removal from the adjacent territory of zd. 150), payment of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments determined by the current legislation of the Russian Federation, other expenses necessary for the proper execution of the contract. |
