| Payment terms: | The rent for the current month is paid by the Tenant on a monthly basis no later than the 25th day of the current month, by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account, based on the Lessor's account containing information about the amount and payment details. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
