| Payment terms: | The permanent part of the rent is paid by the Tenant on a monthly basis no later than 7 (seven) business days (for organizations that are SME entities) / 15 (fifteen) calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities, at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles) / 45 (forty-five) calendar days days (for organizations that are not SME entities, at a contract price in excess of 5 million rubles) / 30 (thirty) calendar days (for a nuclear industry organization with a single supplier) from the date of submission of an invoice for payment, a universal transfer document by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account using the details specified in the Section 15 of the Agreement.
The variable part of the rent is equivalent to the amount of payment for the electricity consumed by the Tenant at the Facilities. The amount of the variable part of the rent is determined based on the current electricity tariffs of the energy supply organization and the amount of electricity consumed by the Tenant for the reporting period. The amount of the variable part of the rent is subject to VAT in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation (or specify the grounds for exemption from VAT). The amount of electricity actually received is determined based on the data of metering devices. The amount of the variable part of the rent must be confirmed by the Lessor by the Act of calculating the variable part of the rent in the form of Appendix No. 3 to the Contract. The invoice for the payment of the variable part of the rent, the universal transfer document, the act of calculating the variable part of the rent with the attachment of supporting documents for the reporting month (signed by the Parties readings of the electricity meter on the last day of the month, the current approved electricity tariff of the energy supply organization), is sent to the Tenant no later than the 2nd (working) day of the month following for a month of rent. The lessee undertakes to pay the variable part of the rent no later than 7 (seven) business days (for organizations that are SME entities) / 15 (fifteen) calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities, at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles) / 45 (forty-five) calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities, at a contract price of over 5 million rubles) / 30 (thirty) calendar days (for a nuclear industry organization with a single supplier) from the date of submission of an invoice for payment of the variable part of the rent, a universal transfer document, an act of calculation of the variable part of the rent. |
