2.
Rent of premises for accommodation of classrooms with a total area from 1983.96 to 2100 sq. m. Period 1-12 month (1 month)
3.
Rental of office premises for accommodation of administrative and management personnel of the Moscow branch and auxiliary premises with a total area of 600 to 700 sq. m. Period 13-24 month (1 month)
4.
Rent of premises for accommodation of classrooms with a total area from 1983.96 to 2100 sq. m. Period 13-24 months (1 month)
5.
Rental of office premises for accommodation of administrative and management personnel of the Moscow branch and auxiliary premises with a total area of 600 to 700 sq. m. Period 25-36 month (1 month)
6.
Rent of premises for accommodation of classrooms with a total area from 1983.96 to 2100 sq. m. Period 25-36 month (1 month)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made monthly for the Services actually rendered in the previous (settlement) month within 45 (Forty–five) calendar days / for SMEs - within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of the services rendered by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account based on the invoice issued by him.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
