Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1:
Rent is paid by the Tenant monthly no later than 10
(tenth) day of the month following the settlement, on the basis of the
Invoices for payment by transferring funds to a current account
The landlord. If the 10th (tenth) day falls on a non-working day,
the rental fee is made no later than the nearest first working day
following the 10th (tenth) day of the month following the settlement.
A calendar month is recognized as a settlement month.
The rent for the incomplete part of the month of rent is paid
in proportion to the number of calendar days of rent.
The Lessor shall send a universal transfer document to the Lessee on a monthly basis no later than the 5th (Fifth) day of the month following
the settlement one
("UPD") through the EDI System. The Lessee, within 5 (Five) business
days from the moment the Lessor provides the UPD, is obliged to review it and
sign it, or submit reasoned objections.
Option 2:
Prepayment in the amount of no more than 50%, monthly no later than the last day of
the month preceding the settlement by transferring funds to the
Lessor's settlement account.
The balance of the payment is paid by the Tenant monthly no later than 10
(tenth) day of the month following the settlement, on the basis of the
Invoices for payment by transferring funds to a current account

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
