| Payment terms: | The Lessee pays for the rental of premises for the past month in Bangladesh taka (BDT) by cashless transfer of funds within 10 working days after the parties sign the act of acceptance of the services rendered in the month following the reporting one to the Lessor's details in accordance with clause 12 of the Contract on the basis of the invoice received from the Lessor and the act of delivery-acceptance of the services provided, signed by the Parties, provided there are no claims to the premises, parking spaces, utilities and related services provided. |
