| Payment terms: | The rent for the use of the Property is paid monthly no later than the 15th day of the month following the billing period by transferring funds to the Lessor's settlement account.
The moment of fulfillment of the Lessee's obligation to pay rent is the date of receipt of funds to the correspondent account of the Lessor's bank. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
