The tenant pays the rent for the use of the land. In 2026, the amount of rent is determined in accordance with the decision of the City Duma of Sarov dated November 28, 2016 No. 107/6-gd (with amendments and additions)
Payment of rent is carried out in accordance with the procedure established by the decision of the City Duma of Sarov dated 28.11.2016 No. 107/6-gd (with amendments and additions).
In case of change of legal acts of the Russian Federation and (or) the Nizhny Novgorod region and (or) local self-government bodies,Sarov, regulating the procedure for determining the amount, conditions and terms of payment of rent or the rate of rent by the Lessee: 1) either independently without any notice from the Lessor:
- in case of an increase in rental rates, recalculates and makes an additional payment within a month after the publication of regulatory legal acts on changes in rental rates;
- when the rental rates are reduced, recalculates and applies to the Lessor with a statement about offsetting the overpaid amounts against future payments;
2) or acts in accordance with the procedure contained in the relevant legal act.
2.4. Non-use by the Lessee of the land plot is not a reason for non-payment of rent.
Changes in the process of contract execution of the taxation parameters related to the payment and / or calculation of VAT in a big way (increase in rates, introduction of tax rates for certain groups of goods, the payer's transition to the regime associated with the payment of VAT, etc.) does not entail a revision of the Contract price. Changing the VAT parameters to a smaller side on any grounds provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation entails automatic recalculation of the Contract price in proportion to the corresponding changes.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
