| Payment terms: | - 100% payment is made within 25 calendar days from the date of actual receipt of the products by the Buyer, but not earlier than 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products at the Buyer's warehouse and the provision of the documents specified in clause 3.1.4. of the agreement. The date on which the Buyer fulfills his obligations is the date on which the funds are debited from the Buyer's current account. |
