| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered will be made on the basis of the original certificate of acceptance of the services rendered, signed by both parties and the invoice of the contractor (if the contractor is a VAT payer), subject to the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract within 45 calendar days (30 calendar days for a contract value of up to 5 million rubles and 15 working days for SMEs). There is no advance payment. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
