| Payment terms: | Within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of delivery of products on the basis of original invoices and invoices. If, at the time of delivery, the price of the products recorded in the cash receipt received at the Supplier's gas station is higher than the price of the products under the Contract, the calculation is carried out at the price of the products specified in the Contract. If, at the time of delivery, the price of the products recorded in the cash receipt at the Supplier's gas station is less than the price of the products under the Contract, the calculation is carried out at the price of the gas station receipt. |
