| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises, 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's account for 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (the Customer's signature of the Unified Form, Universal Transfer Document), subject to its adequate quality and adequate complexities, and to provide all necessary documents under the Treaty by the Supplier.
For RB residents and residents of the Russian Federation who are not part of small and medium-sized enterprises - 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account, during 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full to the Buyer's warehouse (the Buyer's signature of the Unified Form, Universal Transfer Document) provided that it is adequate quality and complete, and the Supplier provides all necessary documents under the Treaty. |
