| Payment terms: | The preferred terms of delivery according to the results of the Call for Bidding are:
1. Payment for the goods shall be made within 20 (twenty) calendar days after the buyer is provided with documents confirming the supplier's fulfillment of obligations.
2. Place of delivery of the goods: warehouse of PJSC "NZHK" at the address 630110, Novosibirsk, Bogdan Khmelnitsky str., 94.
3. Delivery time: within 7 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
