| Payment terms: | The advance payment, 30% of the contract price, shall be transferred within 15 (Fifteen) days after the occurrence of all listed events:
(a) Contract;
b) transferring the invoice to the Buyer;
c) Enforcement of this Agreement (if security is provided for in section 11 of this Agreement).
Payment of the remainder of the Goods price shall be paid within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days (15 (Fifteen) business days for SMEs) after delivery of the consignment. |
