Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Terms and procedure of payment: Advance payment amount: 30%.
Term of advance payment: 5 working days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The deadline for final payment: 15 calendar days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods. (for Suppliers excluding SMEs);
The deadline for final payment: 7 working days from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods. (for SME Suppliers).
It is allowed to improve payment terms towards 100% payment upon delivery of products.
– The Buyer pays 100% of the amount of the delivered goods within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration). (for Suppliers with the exception of SMEs)
– the Buyer pays 100% of the amount of the delivered goods within 7 working days from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the goods and documents from the Supplier confirming proper fulfillment of obligations to deliver the goods (consignment note, invoice, or UPD) subject to compliance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation for their registration). (for SME Suppliers)

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
