Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The pilot batch of Goods is paid only after receiving positive test results and drawing up the relevant Act.
The payment term for the pilot batch is:
within 90 calendar days (for Suppliers except SMEs)*/ within 7 working days (for SME Suppliers)* from the date of occurrence of the last (by date) of the events:
- signing of an Act confirming the positive testing of a pilot batch of goods;
- provision of documents specified in p.v.6.2 of the contract.
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violation, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods.
Delivery of the main batch of Goods is carried out after testing the pilot batch and after the Buyer receives confirmation of compliance of the technical capabilities of the Goods with the Specifications (Appendix No. 3). The buyer has the right to make a decision to refuse to deliver the pilot batch and conduct tests. In this case, the entire volume of Goods under the Contract is included in the main batch.
The payment term of the main batch is:
The amount of the advance payment: 30% of the value of the Goods included in the main batch.
Advance payment term: within 20 calendar days from the date of confirmation by the Buyer of the positive test results (fixed by a two-way or one-way Test Certificate).
The deadline for final payment of the main batch of Goods:
within 90 calendar days (for Suppliers except SMEs)*/ within 7 working days (for SME Suppliers)* from the date of occurrence of the last (by date) of the events:
-delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse;
-provision of documents specified in p.v.6.2 of the contract.
In case of delivery of Goods of improper quality and/or incomplete Goods, Goods with packaging violation, such Goods are not considered delivered, the Buyer has no obligation to pay for such Goods, the Goods are accepted for safekeeping by the Buyer until the violations are eliminated.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
