| Payment terms: | In connection with the planned procurement on the topic of Engineering and geodetic survey of infrastructure facilities of the Bilibino NPP, I ask you to send to the address of the Bilibino NPP bilnpp@chukotka.ru or to the ETP (ETS-Fabricant, JSC "Unified Electronic Trading Platform", LLC "RTS-Tender") technical and commercial proposal (hereinafter referred to as TCH) Your organization about the cost of services.
The offer must be registered in accordance with the established procedure (have an outgoing registration number and date), signed by the head of the organization or an authorized person and sealed, presented on the letterhead of the organization indicating:
- the full name of the organization;
- details and contact details (TIN, OGRN, OKPO, contact phone number, address, e-mail);
- the validity period of the offered price;
- the main conditions for the performance of the contract (the term of the provision of services, the payment procedure, etc.).
The technical and commercial proposal must contain a calculation of the cost of providing services separately for each stage (in accordance with the sample of the TCP Annex 10 to this letter).
The following payment terms are provided for the purchase:
- for contracts with a price of up to 5 million rubles, including VAT – no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services.
- for contracts with a price of more than 5 million rubles, inclusive of VAT – no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the provision of services.
The provision of services is required for the Bilibino NPP in stages in accordance with section 2 of the terms of reference:
Service 1 – Conducting geodetic instrumental observations of deformations and precipitation of the ZIS of the Bilibino NPP:
Stage 1 – from the moment of conclusion until 01.07.2023;
Stage 2 – from 01.07.2023 to 30.08.2023;
Stage 3 – from 30.08.2023 to 01.12.2023.
Service 2 – Conducting regular cycles of instrumental observations of deformations and precipitation of the VMS of the "Base fuel storage" facility of the Bilibino NPP:
Stage 4 – from 01.07.2023 to 01.12.2023;
Stage 5 – from 01.12.2023 to 01.12.2024.
Within the framework of stages 1 and 3, it is necessary to coordinate documentation with the general designer of JSC Atomenergoproekt.
Carrying out this information collection procedure does not entail any obligations of the Customer.
