| Payment terms: | Option 1:
- post-payment in the amount of 100% within 20 working days from the date of receipt of closing documents for equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment, including training of technical specialists of the Customer;
Option 2:
- prepayment in the amount of no more than 30% of the contract amount, within 20 working days after the conclusion of the contract on the basis of the invoice for payment, after providing security for the return of the advance payment;
- the balance of payment within 10 working days from the date of receipt of closing documents for equipment, installation and commissioning of equipment, including training of technical specialists of the Customer;
Option 3:
- in agreement with the Customer;

According to the Unified Industry Standard Called for Bidding of Rosatom State Corporation, any advance payment can be made no earlier than the provision of security for the refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment, which is provided by the Supplier (Contractor) no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Contract; |
