| Payment terms: | I ask you to send a technical and commercial proposal to JSC "RASU" (hereinafter referred to as the TAP) for the manufacture and supply of cybersecurity equipment for the upper station level system and the upper block level system of the automated control system of the NPP, in accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1).
Initial conditions for the planned purchase:
• place and term of performance of obligations: in accordance with the attached specifications (Appendix No. 2);
• the composition of the price of the supplied equipment, payment terms and a list of accounting documents in accordance with Appendix No. 3;
• additionally: it is necessary to issue a security for the refund of the advance in the amount of the advance, for the performance of the contract and warranty obligations in the amount of 5% of the contract value.
The TAP should include:
• unit price without VAT and with VAT (if available);
• justification/calculation of the cost of services/works performed by third-party organizations (TCP/contract, if available);
• approved planning and economic indicators (if available);
• the total cost of the contract on the terms specified in the request;
• price currency;
• essential conditions for the execution of the proposed contract, settlement procedure;
• deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations;
• the manufacturer of the product (if necessary).
If there are any additional conditions and restrictions that are not taken into account in this request, but have a significant impact on the terms and cost of delivery, I also ask you to reflect them in your TP.
The validity period of the TAP must be at least 90 days.
I ask you to issue the TCP on the letterhead of the organization in accordance with the requirements for the form (Appendix No. 4), and send it by an official letter signed by an authorized person of the organization to the address of JSC "RASU", as well as in an editable format (word, excel) to e-mail VAKlimovitskaya@rasu.ru and info@rasu.ru no later than 01.02.2023.
If it is not possible to provide a TAP, I ask you to inform about it in writing by 01.02.2023.
Please note that this request is not a notification of the procurement procedure and does not entail any obligations for RASU JSC as a Customer, including an unconditional obligation to conclude a contract. |
