| Payment terms: | Advance payment is not provided. Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made once upon delivery of the Goods to the last consignee, subject to acceptance of the goods by all consignees within 7 (seven) working days after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in clauses 5.4. and clause 5.6. of the Contract and signing the Consignment note for the Goods or, in the following cases provided for by the Contract, from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the notification of the offset of counter homogeneous claims. |
