| Payment terms: | Payments for the supply of each item of Equipment are paid in the following order:
1. Advance payment - 20% (twenty percent) of the contract price within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date the Supplier provides an invoice for the payment of the advance payment, provided the Supplier provides security for the refund of the advance in accordance with the terms of the Contract;
2. Payment in the amount of 20% (twenty percent) of the price of the corresponding item of Equipment according to Appendix No. 1 (Specification) to the Contract within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Act of input control for a set of materials for the steam generator tube bundle;
3. Payment in the amount of 50% (fifty percent) of the price of the corresponding item of Equipment according to Appendix No. 1 (Specification) to the Contract within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the Protocol on the passage of hydro-tests of the steam generator (assembled) at the production site of JSC "ZiO-Podolsk;
4. Payment of 10% (ten percent) of the cost of the delivered item of Equipment for the general assembly of the PG is made within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the act of input control of the steam generator at the installation site of JSC "SHK". |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
