| Payment terms: | advance payment (prepayment) of 30% of the cost of the equipment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the contract by authorized representatives of the parties on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, provided that the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance provided within the time period established by Appendix No. 2 to this contract. The final calculation in the amount of 70% of the cost of the equipment is carried out within 45, but not earlier than 40 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse on the basis of original invoices and waybills (waybills). |
