| Payment terms: | The buyer makes payment under the contract in the following order:
- the advance payment in the amount of 30% of the cost according to clause 1.1. of the Specification shall be transferred by the Buyer to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of an additional agreement confirming the occurrence of a suspensive condition in accordance with clause 2.8 of this agreement, as well as after the Supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment, securing the agreement in accordance with Clause 2.8 of this agreement. Clause 3.3 of the Agreement.
The advance is paid in the amount of the security provided, but not more than 30% of the total value of the Contract. The advance payment is credited in full on the invoice in accordance with clause 1.1 of the specification to this Agreement.
- payment in the amount of 60% of the Contract value, the Buyer transfers to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment and signing by the Buyer without comments of the acceptance certificate in terms of quantity and completeness (clause 5.1. of this Agreement) based on the original invoice.
- payment in the amount of 10% of the Contract value, the Buyer transfers to the Supplier's current account within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the Buyer without comments of the certificate of completed works (clause 5.8. of this Agreement) on the basis of the original invoice. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
