| Payment terms: | Расчёты за выполненные работы производятся в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с момента подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ (форма № КС-2) на основании платежных документов (счет-фактура, счет на оплату), оформленных на основании Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма № КС-3), при условии передачи Заказчику исполнительной документации.
Если участник закупки, является субъектом МСП, расчёты за выполненные работы производятся в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания Сторонами Акта о приемке выполненных работ (форма № КС-2) на основании платежных документов (счет-фактура, счет на оплату), оформленных на основании Справки о стоимости выполненных работ и затрат (форма № КС-3), при условии передачи Заказчику исполнительной документации. |
