Payment shall be made upon completion of the work on the basis of the acceptance certificate, the certificate of value of the work performed (FKS-2, COP3) and the invoice during:
(a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the documents confirming the work for contracts:
- with contract price up to RUB 5 million incl. VAT (inclusive);
- with the sole Contractor, an industry organization (without price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing of documents confirming the work for contracts:
- with SME entities.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the performance of the work by the contractor and the issuance of the documents stipulated by the contract for the contracts
for work with a contract price of more than RUB 5 million incl. VAT. |
