| Payment terms: | The Customer makes the settlement with the Contractor in the following order: The Customer, within 5 (five) working days from the date of conclusion of the Contract, on the basis of the invoice provided by the Contractor, transfers to the Contractor's settlement account a one-time, fixed advance payment in the amount of 20% of the cost of work under the Contract. On the basis of the act of work performed signed by the Parties, the invoice and the invoice for payment issued by the Contractor, by offsetting the amounts of the advance previously paid, according to clause 2.2 of the contract. After the amount of the previously paid advance has been exhausted, according to clause 2.2 of the contract, payment for the work actually performed will be made within 60 (sixty), but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days after the Contractor performs and delivers the Work on the basis of the Act of Work Performed signed by the Parties, invoices and invoices issued by the Contractor. |
