| Payment terms: | Payment is made no more than 45 calendar days for winners who are not related to SME entities; no more than 30 calendar days for winners of SME entities from the moment of presentation (sending a cover letter) of an invoice and an invoice in 2 (two) copies, issued within 5 (five) days from the date of acceptance of the services rendered, in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, on the basis of the "Certificate of acceptance of equipment from overhaul signed by the Parties (Appendix No. 6 to the terms of reference) in 2 (two) copies with appendix:
Calculations for major repairs" in 2 (two) copies . (Appendix No. 10 to the terms of reference);
"The Act of acceptance and delivery of repaired, reconstructed, modernized fixed assets (form OS-3) (Appendix No. 11 to the Contract) in 2 (two) copies;
"The Act of use of Customer materials" (appendix No. 11 to the terms of reference) in 2 (two) copies. (in the case of using a toll-free scheme for the transfer of materials);
"Invoice for the release of materials to the side" (form M-15) (Appendix No. 10 to the Contract) in 2 (two) copies. (in the case of using a toll-free scheme for the transfer of materials);
"The act of registration of material assets obtained during disassembly and dismantling under the Contract" (form M-35) (Appendix No. 9 to the Contract) in 2 (two) copies;
"Certificates of the cost of work performed and costs" (form – appendix No. 16 to the Contract) in 2 (two) copies ex . |
