| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods, no later than 50 calendar days, but not earlier than 45 calendar days, after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d) e) of clause 6.3. of the Contract and the signing of the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is established in Annex No. 4 to this Agreement).
Or for SMEs:
Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon shipment of the Goods, no later than 30 calendar days, after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b,) c), d), e) of clause 6.3. of the Contract and signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in the Appendix No. 4 to this Agreement). The date of shipment is considered to be the date of the stamp of the departure station in the receipt of the cargo. |
