payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made according to the act of delivery of the Goods, not later than 95 (ninety-five) calendar days, but not earlier than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the Buyer is provided with the documents provided for in subparagraphs a), b), c), d), e) of clause 6.3. of the Contract and the signing of the Act receiving and transferring Goods.
Note: Contracts with small and medium-sized businesses (for any amount of the contract): "Payment upon the provision of services / delivery of goods / performance of work is made no later than 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty (subject to receipt of documents for payment executed in compliance with the established standards)."

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
