| Payment terms: | 100% upon delivery of equipment:
within 30 calendar days for the winners-organizations of SMEs;
within 45 calendar days for winners who are not related to SME entities;
from the date of receipt by the Buyer of the original invoice, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD, subject to delivery of good quality products to the Buyer's warehouse in accordance with Specification No. 1 to this agreement, exchange of original contracts signed by both parties. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
