| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods (Equipment) under the Contract will be made upon delivery of 100% of the Goods (Equipment) within 45 days after submission to the Buyer of the documents provided for in subparagraph (a) ), b), c), d) d) of paragraph 7.5 of the Treaty. In the event of a contract with an SME entity, payment will be made by transferring money to the Supplier's current account within 30 days after the documents are provided to the Buyer, (a), b), c), d), d) of paragraph 7.5 of the Treaty. |
