| Payment terms: | For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to small and medium-sized enterprises - Payment of 100% of the contract price is made by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account for 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of delivery of each batch of Goods based on the schedule of delivery (see annex to TK) to the buyer's warehouse, in full to the Place of Shipment and Signing by Parties of all documents confirming the transfer of the Item.
For residents of the Russian Federation belonging to large business entities, 100% of the contract price is paid by the Buyer to the Vendor's checking account, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days the dates of delivery of each batch of the Goods based on the delivery schedule (see annex to the TK) to the buyer's warehouse, in full to the Shipment and Signature by Parties of all documents, confirming the transfer of the Item. |
