Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods, within:
"for winners not related to SME entities"
payment within no later than 50 (fifty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set in Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement) and receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established standards and provision of quality documents (passports, quality certificates, etc.).

payment in the deadline is no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement) and receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established norms and provision of quality documents (passports, quality certificates, etc.).
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
