| Payment terms: | Purchaser pays the value of the products to the Supplier on the basis of the shipment of all the products provided by the Agreement, based on the invoice received by the Buyer (or UPD),
I. Within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of the Consignee signing the entry control/parish order upon receipt of the Produce of proper quality and in the proper completeness (for winner/sole non-SME participant).
II. Within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of the Consignee signing the entry control/parish order upon receipt of the Produce of proper quality and in proper complexities (for winner/sole participant who is an SME entity).
The offer should clearly define the price of the unit of products; the total contract price under the terms specified in the request; expiry of the proposed price, additional costs (reinstallation, and such as); calculating the price of the offer on the form of the sample in the requested table with an annex (if necessary) of decrypts at individual costs to prevent intentional overestimation or understatement product prices, etc.
The TKP must expire no earlier than 10.10.2021.
Supply Requirements: Supplied Products must be new, non-operational (used). The supplier guarantees the quality and reliability of the products delivered.
