| Payment terms: | The total marginal (maximum) cost of the services provided is determined on the basis of statistical data of previously made Calls for Bidding for similar services, taking into account the funds planned in the budget of UECC JSC. The services are provided under the terms of a framework agreement, with a total marginal (maximum) cost of services in the amount of no more than 4,987,500.00 rubles (including VAT), including: The cost of consulting services – no more than 4,260,000.00 rubles, including VAT (20%) - 710,000.00 rubles; The cost of consulting services tuition – no more than 727 500,00 rubles, VAT is not levied in accordance with clauses 14, clause 2 and clause 6 of Article 149 of part two of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer pays for the services rendered by the Contractor within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing the universal transfer document (UPD). |
