| Payment terms: | 30% within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of receipt by the Supplier of the notification of receipt of financing under this Agreement

Customer and installation supervision, 10% within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the final acceptance procedure on the territory
Customer, as well as commissioning, acceptance tests for serial products of the Customer, with the signing of the act
of commissioning of equipment and the act of completed installation supervision and commissioning |
