| Payment terms: | The Customer makes payment under the Contract in stages by non-cash transfer of funds within 60 (Sixty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the results of the work performed at the appropriate stage of work.
An option for small and medium-sized businesses:
The Customer makes payment under the Contract in stages by non-cash transfer of funds no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance of the results of the work performed at the appropriate stage of work. |
