Payment terms:100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within no more than 30 calendar days for the winners of SMEs and no more than 45 calendar days for winners not related to SMEs, with the moment of delivery of the Goods in the volume of each batch in accordance with Clause 3, the acceptance of the Goods of each batch by the Buyer, the Parties sign the consignment note in the form TORG-12 and provide an invoice and invoice in for each consignment
