The Supplier submits an advance invoice to the Buyer within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the advance payment in accordance with Article 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Repayment of the advance paid is carried out upon delivery of the Goods sequentially in compliance with the principle of chronology: the advance under the contract in terms of the cost of the Goods is taken into account in full amount first of delivery of the first unit of Goods and so on. If the advance payment or its balance is less than the cost of delivery, then repayment is made for the entire amount of the advance payment or its balance

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
