Final payment term: 90 calendar days (for Suppliers excluding SMEs)*/ within 7 working days (for SME Suppliers)* from the date of occurrence of the last (by date) of the events:
-delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse;
-provision of documents specified in p.v.6.2 of the contract.
-signing of the Acceptance Certificate for quantity and quality for compliance with the requirements of design documentation and Technical Specifications (Appendix No. 3 to the Contract)

It is allowed to improve payment terms towards 100% payment upon delivery of products.
At the same time, the payment term

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
