| Payment terms: | The advance payment in the amount of 80% of the cost of the equipment is transferred to the Supplier's personal account opened with the territorial body of the Federal Treasury, within 10 banking days from the moment the Supplier provides the invoice for the advance payment, receives security from the Supplier for the return of the advance payment, and ensures the execution of the contract.
The final payment in the amount of 20% of the cost of the delivered Products is transferred within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance and transfer of Products and the provision by the Supplier of performance of warranty obligations. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
