| Payment terms: | The Buyer pays for the Goods by transferring funds to the Seller's current account, on the basis of those issued by the Seller in accordance with the requirements of the contract and current legislation invoices and bills of lading (TORG - 12), or FDD within 5 (five) banking days. Invoices, TORG-12 or FRD must be issued on the basis of the acceptance certificate of Form 69 (PSA) and in full accordance with the information contained in the PSA. |
