| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of each batch of products within 15 (fifteen) calendar days after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in subparagraphs, a), b), c), d) of clause 6.4. of the Contract and signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods (the form is set out in Appendix No. 3 to to this Agreement). |
