| Payment terms: | advance payment (prepayment) of 30% of the cost of the equipment within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing of the contract by authorized representatives of the parties on the basis of the Supplier's invoice, provided that the Supplier provides security for the refund of the advance provided within the period established by Annex No. 3 to this agreement. In case of violation of the deadline for providing security, the advance payment period is proportionally extended by the number of days of delay in providing security. The final payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of the equipment is carried out within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment to the Buyer's warehouse on the basis of the original invoices and invoices (waybills). |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
