| Payment terms: | Option 1: payment term 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 100% after delivery of finished products to the Customer and positive results of entrance control at the Customer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, bill of lading, invoice, bill of lading, a set of permits, a properly issued passport and/or quality certificate for finished parts, other documents listed in the TOR.
Option 2: payment is made in the following order:
- 30% – until the moment of shipment (transfer) of finished products to the Customer (in advance), - no later than 20 calendar days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a refund of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment;
- payment term - 50 (fifty) calendar days in the amount of 70%, after the transfer of finished products to the Customer and the positive results of the input control of finished products in the Customer's warehouse with the provision of the following documents: invoice, bill of lading, invoice, bill of lading, a set of permits, a properly issued passport and/or quality certificate for finished products, other documents, listed in the TOR. |
