| Payment terms: | 30% - prepayment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract and providing security for the return of the advance payment (but not more than the amount of the security provided); 50% - payment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the Buyer's warehouse (fixed by the act of acceptance by quantity, consignment note (or UPD)), 20% - payment within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of commissioning of the Equipment (fixed by the act of commissioning). |
