| Payment terms: | Payment for products is made by the Buyer by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account within: - 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of products of proper quality to the place of delivery, subject to the exchange of original contracts signed by both parties and original invoices - for winners–organizations of SMEs. - 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of delivery of products of proper quality to the place of delivery, subject to the exchange of original contracts signed by both parties and original invoices - for winners who are not related to SMEs. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
